We have weekly weigh ins during the challenge. This allows you to see your results and figure out the next step. Our trainers will help you figure our what adjustments need to made while encouraging and celebrating your success.
During our challenges we offer unlimited classes to every challenger! We have 6 different class times to chose from. Our workouts combine cardio and weight lifting to achieve maximum results.
MEALS PLANS TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE
During the TGTC we provide meal plans. Our friends over at Triad created several meal plans for our challengers to follow. These are customized to your goal. They will guide you through any questions you have. There is a post-challenge plan to help our members not gain the weight back.
